Texas AG Action Against Banks with Foreclosed Properties

FYI...As We Receive Updates, I'll Post them!

It's unclear what the impact of this will be.  For starters, I'd think that less foreclosures on the market would be positive for sellers who have their homes on the market now.  Less competition.
